How do I contact you?
The best way to contact us through summer of 2025 is through our Kickstarter campaign. We will be actively interacting with our backers there and should have quicker response times through the campaign.

What is your return and refund policy for Commemorative Puzzles?
Generally, returns are not accepted. Each item is a custom fulfillment, unique to your event and your group. Excepting damage during shipping, returns will not be accepted and refunds will not be provided.
What is your dispute policy for Commemorative Puzzles?
Each item is a custom fulfillment, unique to your event and your group. Due to the organic and variable nature in wood products, the actual product may look slightly different than the design and therefore is not considered a manufacturing defect or error. In the event that we have erred during manufacturing, then we will do our best to make it right in a reasonable timeframe and in a manner we deem appropriate. Contact us if you have concerns about the final product that you've received.
What is your cancellation policy for Commemorative Puzzles?
Cancellations are detrimental to the viability of our compaign. We humbly request that you fulfill your support of our campaign and allow us to fulfill your reward(s). In the event that you must cancel, you can do so without penalty until you have submitted your survey responses. Once your survey responses have been received, we will begin the design and proofing process, which are a large part of our labor cost. Therefore, cancellation post survey but prior to design approval will be eligible for up to a 50% refund. Cancellation once you have approved the design but before shipping will be eligible for refund of the shipping fee. Once shipped, no cancellations are allowed.
Are there any export restrictions for Commemorative Puzzles?
Refer to the Rewards section of our Kickstarter campaign. Initially, we are only shipping to the U.S. However, international shipping is offered as a custom reward, shipping no earlier than fall of 2025. International orders are limited to 12" Commemorative Puzzles, both in the Density and Vitality versions and excluding Mother's Day, Father's Day, and Founders Edition. All other add-ons are also excluded from international shipping at this time.
What are your terms and conditions for the Kickstarter Campaign?
